The C3 Teaching & Learning Center was constructed in summer 2018 in the space formerly known as the TIC (Technology/Teaching Innovation Center) and a small conference room.

External entry is open 24×7 with a faculty fob. This door faces the central quad on the Oceanside campus. 
During library hours, you may also enter from the second floor of the library. Follow the tile to the left rear and pass through two doors. 
Technology Application & Discovery Lab features workstations, scanners, printer, and a soundbooth for high-quality media production. 
Collaboration Studio features a standard smart classroom podium, movable desks, and three monitors for group activities. 
Pedagogical Lounge has informal meeting/workspace.
